Our residents and staff watched the workers from inside the building, and many times I heard the residents and staff say how hard each person worked. There was no one standing around waiting to be told what to do, they all stayed busy, and worked together. Once our front entrance was reopened and our residents and staff could go outside to watch; they gave your folks an even greater compliment. Not the first word of profanity was heard by anyone. All employees, engineers, concrete workers, and pavers were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all questions we put to them.
